As this is a hosted feature, it is easy to install and doesn’t require an onsite installation.
You can access all recordings using a simple online dashboard. It is designed to allow you to quickly identify and listen back to a specific call and provide you with detailed reports. The search functionality is easy to use by selecting client name, phone number, department, individual user, time or date.
With the dashboard being accessed online, you can listen back to calls anywhere, using any device by either downloading the file or streaming. This allows to pick up any urgent issues immediately and act quickly.
