Select Lifestyles were established in 2007 to provide support services to Adults with learning difficulties across the West Midlands.

Telecom Central (Helpdesk Communications) have supported Select Lifestyles through their continued growth becoming their telephone and communications partner, supporting the organisation across over 30 sites.

Our Team have worked closely with the Senior Management Team at Select Lifestyles to install, manage and maintain their telephone systems, leased lines, connectivity and communication needs.

Select Lifestyles portfolio of properties comprise of supported living accommodation, shared housing, respite services and day centres as well as their head office.

 After meeting Dave Hamilton, the Select Lifestyles team “haven’t looked back”. The organisation was in search of a local telecommunications company who they could rely on.

Managing Telecoms network across multiple sites

Our working relationship began with helping Select Lifestyles with telephone lines which were out of contract and they were in search local Birmingham telecommunications specialist.

Following this, we were invited to install a business telephone system when they relocated their head office. Through collaborating with Select Lifestyle’s IT Consultants, we have built a bespoke telecoms infrastructure.

Broadband and WiFi connectivity have been installed in all sites across the West Midlands, enabling staff and service users to safely access the internet.

Our team manage and maintain the telephone systems and network, providing regular support to enable the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation.
