Ofcom monitor the number of complaints that the major providers receive each quarter and issue their findings, that to many readers won’t be a surprise. And while the number of complaints in general are slightly decreasing it doesn’t mask the real problem of inadequate experiences for the customers.
And to make it worse they’ve come top of the pops for most complained about providers for the second quarter running.
