Mobile / Softphone
Your staff can take calls anywhere from your landline numbers as they can be routed through to a business mobile phone using a softphone client or mobile app. Essentially, your mobile can be your business telephone system.
A customer can call your direct dial which can be answered either using a desk handset or mobile, this is feature is perfect with hybrid working practices and staff splitting their time in the office and working from home. Equally, you can dial out using the softphone client, accessing the contacts in your business telephone system and the number you are dialling from will be your landline, not a mobile number.
Marketing on Hold
Introducing marketing on hold is a cost-effective way of keeping customers informed of deals and offer whilst reducing the number of missed calls.
When a caller is put on hold, you have a captive audience to communicate important information such as opening hours and current offers you have.
Replacing the endless ringing tone with marketing or music on hold reduces the perceived time a caller thinks they are on hold for. This reduces the number of missed calls or those that put the phone down whilst waiting, leading to potential customers and sales opportunities being seized by your staff.
Make it quicker and easier for callers to reach the right department or person without the need for a call to be answered by an operator or receptionist with an Auto Attendant feature.
This reduces the call volumes into reception, especially at peak times, which is mutually beneficial for your staff and the customer.
