    How long will it take to install a new broadband connection?

    When a new broadband connection is placed with us, we then liaise with OpenReach to install the new broadband connection at your premises.

    This normally takes around 14 days.

    How do I place an order for a new business telephone line?

    To place a new line order, all you will have to do is contact one of our Business Support Co-ordinators and advise them of exactly what you want.

    You will then receive the relevant paperwork to be completed.

    Does an engineer have to visit site to install my new telephone line?

    When providing a new telephone line, we liaise directly with OpenReach to install the new telephone line at your premises.

    You will be provided with a date of installation and a time slot. 8am – 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.

    It is very important that this appointment is not missed.
