    Is there much disruption when I am having a new telephone system installed?

    When installing a new telephone system, our engineers will find the most efficient way to install whilst minimising disruption.

    Normally we liaise with a contact on site to understand who is most critical to answer phones.

    We retain their service if possible and aim for downtime of around 5 minutes.

    How long will the installation process take?

    Installation times can vary around the size and complexity of your telephone system.

    Before scheduling a new install one of our engineers will visit the site to fully understand the requirements and book the correct amount of time for the works to be completed.

    We then offer a range of dates which the customer can choose from which will be best suited to them.
